Helping Children Connect with Their Gifts

Everyone has gifts—talents, abilities, aptitudes, and skills. This year, the Inclusive Schools Network will focus on discovering, encouraging, and sharing the passions and interests of all students in inclusive settings everywhere!  The theme for Inclusive Schools Week 2015 is Sharing our Gifts in Inclusive Schools.  When every child in every classroom across the world belongs and participates, everyone receives a gift.

As an educator, understanding and being able to respond to the diverse needs of students becomes the foundation for making good instructional decisions. In this edition of the Inclusive Schools Network News, we will focus on building that foundation by providing tools and resources for collecting, analyzing and organizing student data.

We are looking forward to another positive year of promoting inclusion and acknowledging the gifts all students have to offer!
