Experience STRENGTH & STRETCH with Kenzie 

Strength & Stretch will be a permanent part of our schedule
starting in APRIL. Kenzie is our fitness guru and attending
this class is like having your own personal trainer! Join her in
April for 45 minute classes on Wednesday mornings at 8:30am
and Thursday evenings at 5:15pm.

  

Kenzie is a Kinesiology and Exercise Science graduate
student at College of Saint Mary. She created this class to offer
an easy way to increase flexibility, mobility, and strength. Her first
class on March 30th was a hit and those attending reported how
effective and enjoyable the class was. 

Strength and Stretch classes are included in full and limited
memberships.
