Diana graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of Malaya in June 2013. Diana was
admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2014. Upon admission to
the Malaysian Bar, she joined MahWengKwai & Associates as an Associate.

Diana is a Certified Mediator and is empanelled as a Mediator with the Bar Council Malaysian
Mediation Centre. She is also a Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) Certified Trainer and
provides industrial relations and employment-related training to business owners, employers and HR

Diana’s practice is in the areas of labour and employment law as well as corporate and commercial

Anis graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from International Islamic University Malaysia in July 2017. In May 2018, Anis completed her pupillage in MahWengKwai & Associates under the guidance of Mr. Raymond Mah and Dato’ Mah Weng Kwai.

Anis was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2018 and began practice as an associate in MahWengKwai & Associates upon her admission.

Anis’ areas of practice include general litigation, debt recovery, contractual disputes, professional malpractice, syariah estate planning and criminal defence. Anis’ interest also lies in mediation, arbitration and tortious claims.
