Victoria Legal Aid recently completed the Family Law Services Review and is seeking feedback on how well we consulted with stakeholders and what could have been improved.

20th anniversary of the Court of Appeal – 20 August

A public seminar to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria will be held on Thursday 20 August and will feature presentations from Presidents of three Australian Courts of Appeal as well as senior Victorian Justices of Appeal. Sexting and the Law workshop

Presented by Victoria Legal Aid's Youth Crime Program Manager Laura Chipp, this workshop will cover updated laws about sexting, the consequences of breaking these laws and where to get help. Held by the National Association for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect, this year's National Child Protection Week will focus on increasing awareness and understanding of the importance of primary prevention to reduce child abuse and neglect in Australia. Mental Health Week – 4 to 10 October
