Hello again Nature Players! Spring is in the air. Flowers are blooming, insects are buzzing and the sun is shining. Check out these great ideas to inspire you to get outside this weekend using your Nature Play WA passport...Happy days!
My own garden
Ask an adult if you can have your own section of the garden to plan a special space. Then decide just how you want your garden to look. Do you want a veggie or cactus garden, a fairy palace or a flowering garden for butterflies? Decisions, decisions...Better get to work!
Would you like to see more garden birds in your backyard? Design and create a bird friendly garden! Try to include somewhere for food, water, shelter and nesting. It is a fact that native birds like native plants, so investigate planting some. Log onto the 'Passport to an Amazing Childhood' program at www.natureplaywa.org.au/passport and check out both these missions under the 'Garden' category.
We'll be bringing you great passport tips regularly to your inbox, but if you're happy to explore our missions on your own, you can unsubscribe below.
