We’re Bringing Our Team Back Together and Adjusting Our Hours
At the beginning of the pandemic, we split our team into two groups, each operating independently of the other on alternate shifts. We did this to keep one half of our staff protected and able to continue working in the unfortunate case that one of our team was diagnosed with Covid-19 and their group was required to quarantine.
Now as Toronto has moved to Stage 3, we’re bringing our full team back together so that we can resume normal hours and make more appointments available to you.
Adjusting the shifts will require us to have slightly reduced hours next week only. Going forward we will be operating at our normal pre-pandemic hours.

- Friday, August 21th: 8am-7pm

To keep our teams and our clients safe, appointments will continue to be “pets only” for the time being. You will call when you arrive for your appointment and your pet will be brought into the building by one of our team. Your veterinarian will discuss the examination, needed vaccines, and test results with you over the phone.
Given that we need to continue with social distancing measures for our team within the building, we will be booking a limited number of Wellness Visits a day. Please be understanding if we can’t accommodate you the day you call to book.
We are hopeful that the pandemic will continue to be brought under control in Toronto, so that you can soon accompany your pet into the building.
Safety for all is still our main concern. Because of the small size of our building and rooms, our team works in close proximity. Even with our internal social distancing measures, if just one member of our team were to contract COVID-19, we would all likely have to quarantine and the hospital would close for two weeks. For the time being, we are hoping to avoid this situation by continuing to minimize outside contacts. We will update you as things change.
