News from Rab Noakes and Neon Productions

Hiya all
Welcome to December and this early missive.
In October I was out for a few dates with Barbara Dickson. Barbara and I are long-term pals (about 55 years now) and we do love to sing together. It’s great being out with her. I do love the collaborations I’m engaged with these days. In November I was out with Jill Jackson, with Rod Clements and then with Brooks Williams. All current collaborations are alive’n’well and more shows are entering the Calendar for 2020 (see listings below)
Barbara will be a part of a celebration coming up in January. That’s the 50th Anniversary of The Great Fife Road Show.
Details, including ticket outlet, are below.
There is only one further appearance in 2019. That’s as Jill Jackson’s guest at her Xmas show at Cottiers on Thursday 5th December.
The next ones will be during Celtic Connections in January.
There’ll also be some dates later in 2020, around another 50th Anniversary. They’ll celebrate the recording and release of my first LP ‘Do you see the lights?’ They are listed below and there’ll be more, additional, details in future webmails.
It’s almost time for this year’s Festive Bargains at the Neon record store. Watch out for further details in the next missive (in a week or so). There’ll be Bargains Galore.
Here are some forthcoming performances.
