Welcome to Term 2
After an enjoyable Easter, it's time to smash Term 2!
Welcome to Term 2. We hope that you had a lovely Easter with family and friends. We are excited about the achievements in term 1 and are looking forward to building on these fabulous achievements in term 2. We are continually welcoming new people to our fabulous community which is friendly and supportive. If you’re interested in starting your health and fitness journey we’d love to see you.

Did you start 2017 with the best intentions for your health and fitness? Then slowly but surely life, work, kids and too many social events took over, not to mention Easter…. Now it's April and you're already feeling like another year is slipping away.
Do it again this time deeply.
You can work your way out of this.
You got this.
Not in couple of days.
Not in one week.
But you can do it.
You can turn things around and achieve whatever it is you want and deserve this year. In 8 weeks? Yes! Yes you can. I’ve personally been in the fitness industry now for over 20 years and in Doreen for almost 10 years.
We have been responsible for some amazing transformations. Our second 8 week program of 2017 is here – Winter 8 Week Challenge starting first week of June. You get access to our full timetable offering 25 sessions per week running morning and night over 6 days.
EVERY session is different and caters for all fitness levels with a focus on Personal Training in a small group.
You get a meal plan from a qualified Dietician/ Nutritionist that you can actually understand. It's full of family friendly delicious food complete with shopping lists and recipes.You have access to an exclusive members group with motivation and support plus 24/7 access to your very own Dietician and in your sessions your own Personal Trainer.
If you attend 3 to 4 sessions per week and form new habits with your nutrition you'll blitz this programme. You'll start to believe. And when you're training with fitness professionals that believe in you, your journey becomes that much easier.

Our 8 week Winter Challenge starts first week of June. If you are keen to get started sooner, you are able to start your 4 week jumpstart programme at anytime in combination with our fitness sessions.

|It's Soup Time!
With the cooler weather arriving, it’s the perfect time to switch from salad to soup for your vegetables.
Soup is filling and generally low in calories, so is great for maintaining or dropping your winter waistline. Matt our dietician has shared this recipe for you to prepare. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Soup Serves: 4 Prep: 10 mins Cooking: 20 mins
800g pumpkin, in small cubes
1 large onion
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 tsp curry powder
1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
1 cup reduced-fat milk
Freshly chopped parsley
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, pumpkin and curry powder and cook until pumpkin is tender (approx. 15 minutes). Stir in the vegetable stock, cover and cook until pumpkin is tender (approx 15 minutes).
2. Stir in milk and process and in food processor or blender until smooth.
3. Serve topped with freshly chopped parsley.
