Wow! We have totally smashed this term. Some amazing changes have taken place in our sessions, whether they be physical and/or a mental shift - it is all positive.
We are so very lucky to have such an amazing bunch of people to work and train with every week, thankyou for always showing up and giving your all to everything that’s asked of you. The results are certainly evident.
We have had some fabulous end of term fitness test results this week and your hard work has enabled you to make such great progress, well done team!
If we wont be seeing you in our holiday workouts or yoga classes, please stay safe and return safely in term 3. The dates for Term 3 are 13 July – 20 September.
I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate Nicola and Roger Price who welcomed their second bubby into the world on Sunday 15 June. Little William is doing well and is being doted on by big brother Thomas. All the best guys.
