Welcome to Spring
So it’s official.. Finally Spring is here!
It’s been a long, cold winter and it’s fair to say that we are super excited that we will see warmer weather soon. We have continued to work hard throughout the Winter months staying on track and improving our health and fitness. If however, you have been rugged up throughout the colder months and are feeling motivated to get started, we can definitely help you. Our 8 Week Winter Challenge finished up a couple of weeks ago with plenty to brag about. The best part is, everyone is staying on track and continuing with the amazing progress they've already made. Patience, variation, finding the right exercises and taking enough rest is what brings the best results for everyone. Remember: Exercising is about getting fit and healthy. As long as you achieve that, the rest will take care of itself.
