2012 Wrap Up

I want to say thank you to everybody for making my 2012 so fantastically rewarding. Seeing you guys push yourselves to keep achieving, keep raising the bar to meet and surpass your goals makes all the hours I put into this venture so worthwhile. I am already looking forward to seeing what else we can all achieve in 2013 (after a break of course!!)

Entering a new year always prompts discussions of New Year’s habits. I believe its all the little changes in our lives that add up to a larger overall change. We are the product of what we do consistently, whether that relates to exercise, food, or what we tell ourselves about our own self-worth. So what will become your new health and fitness habit and which will you leave in 2012?

I hope that I, along with my awesome team at The Leading Edge, continue to inspire and support you on your journey to health and fitness. Stay safe over the Christmas and New Year period. Enjoy some well deserved time with your family and friends.

Also just a quick reminder that Term 1 for 2013 runs from Sunday 27 January – Friday 28 March.

New Classes in 2013

Due to demand, 2013 will see the introduction of the following new classes:
  • Sunday 7:45pm - Kettlebell Fitness
  • Tuesday & Thursday 9:30am - Mums & Bubs Kettlebell Fitness
  • Tuesday 8-9pm - Yoga

Holiday Classes

I know the thought of no classes for a few weeks is a daunting thought for many of you, so if you want to get back into training as soon as possible after the festivities of Christmas and New Year, look at our holiday classes. Limited places available, bookings essential.

Jan 15, 17, 22 & 24
  • Kettlebell Fitness - 6:30pm
  • Boxing - 7:45pm
Jan 16, 18, 23 & 25
  • Kettlebell Fitness (child friendly) - 9:30am
