Hi Everyone,

Firstly, please let me compliment you all on a most wonderful start to a new year and a new term.  The positive approach you all bring to the sessions is amazing and your willingness to push yourselves to continually improve is very encouraging to all around you.

When I kicked off The Leading Edge seven years ago, we started with just two classes which has steadily grown to 21. Yes...21!!! It's amazing to know that our little team and community of like minded people helps so many people improve their health and fitness every week. With sessions seven days a week, we have loads of options for everyone. Thank you each and every one of you for your ongoing support it is very much appreciated :-) The word of mouth referrals are so heart warming and we love helping as many people as we can improve their lives.

A new client commented recently on how motivating I was in her first Metafit session last week and how encouraging I was to everyone and how much she appreciated it.  Such a simple comment that meant so much :-)

Let's keep spreading the LOVE team. We really enjoy welcoming new people to the Bring A Friend and Complimentary Trials are being snapped up. Please, tell someone you care about how we can help them make those positive changes in their lives. Have a fabulous week ahead!

New Instructor

Many of you already know this lovely lady. Melinda is our brand new Metafit Coach who has been busily preparing to take over Karla’s Monday & Wednesday 8:00pm Metafit sessions next term when Karla takes maternity leave. Melinda has trained with us for many years and is a great inspiration to us all. She started after the birth of her first little girl, Elektra, and trained the whole way through her second pregnancy with Nikoletta. She is a great role model to us all for her efforts in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle and placing a priority on her health and fitness. Welcome aboard Melinda!

New Metafit Classes - Term 2

Due to the demand for Metafit, we are expanding and will be offering more classes in Term 2. Stay tuned for more information. If you would like to go on the waiting list or make a suggestion on class times you would like to see, please email me.

Who’s Getting Married?

Speaking of all things LOVE, one of our dedicated 6:00am ladies is getting married this Friday 13th February to the funny and charming Matt. I can’t wait to see Emma beaming as the beautiful bride. From everyone at The Leading Edge, we wish them both all the very best!
