Due to Easter Holidays (and a newsletter Easter bug) the Friday's edition wasn't sent out., so we are sending it today!

In this issue:

Last week we announced that there would be a number of new figures released in April. In our blog post last Friday we listed the first half of them. The second half will be announced on the blog. Unfortunately it will not include City midfielder Yaya Toure. After much debate at SoccerStarzâ„¢ HQ, we decided to re-sculpt the Ivory Coast international and are very pleased with the result! The new sculpt is pictured on the right and a full size image will be up on www.soccerstarz.com next week.

On Wednesday we invited our fans to be Featured Collector and show off their collection in the newsletter. First to respond was Anton Svensson from Sweden. Anton is a Chelsea fan and has 22 SoccerStarzâ„¢ in his collection so far. His favourite is David Luiz. We have to agree, David Luiz is definitely one of the best sculpts so far. Anton's collection is pictured below on his Microstars stadium.

In the San Marino game, the first goal was an own goal but James Allington guessed Alex Oxlade Chamberlain as the first scorer and won four SoccerStarzâ„¢. Ciaran McKenna correctly guessed Wayne Rooney as first scorer in the game against Montenegro and also won four SoccerStarzâ„¢.
