Baby, it’s cold outside. There’s nothing as cozy as curling up with a big bowl of melty, ooey, gooey and glorious cheese. In the Alps, fondue has been a hearty, yummy and thrifty way to make it through the long winter for centuries. To make your own, you don’t even need a fondue pot—just rub a clove of garlic in a pot and gently melt your favorite cheeses with a splash of wine.
