BRC 032-Nocturnal Emission Double Cream Stout aged in Appleton Estate Rum Barrel 9.3%ABV, 33 IBU
A smooth, dark full bodied beer! Aged 3 months in an Appleton Estate rum barrel. Pours almost opaque, with an off white to tan colored head. Has a definitive rum character with the alcohol warmth to fight back the impending winter months. Slight flavors of oak meld the sweet fruity/chocolaty malt flavors to achieve an agreeable balance.

BRC 033-Nocturnal Emission Double Cream Stout aged in Appleton Estate Rum Barrel 9.1%ABV, 33 IBU
The mild mannered twin to BRC 32. A smoother, dark full bodied beer! Aged 3 months in an Appleton Estate rum barrel. Pours almost opaque, with an off white to tan colored head. Has a refined rum character that slowly warms from inside to fight back the impending winter months. The sweet fruity/chocolaty malt flavors are more pronounced to achieve an agreeable balance of barrel spirit and beer.
