Dear all,

Welcome to the Eco-Schools International newsletter for May 2016.

One of our members has contributed an activity to the Activity Guide for
the International Schools Grounds Month. Take a look and feel free to download it, and be inspired with some wonderful activities on school grounds.

We have already featured the first Beyond COP21 Symposium organised by Target4Green, which was held in Dubai in January. The second one will take place in the United Kingdom, on 16 June. For more information,
please have a look below.

Malta hosted an Environmental Summit that involved over 160 Eco-Schools students, who came out with innovative suggestions about climate change policy.

Last but not least, we congratulate our South African member, WESSA, for winning the Water Conservation Award at the 2015 Eco-Logic Awards!
If you haven't already done so, follow FEE and Eco-Schools International on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Flickr, and share your stories through these channels - see buttons below.

Any feedback or ideas on how to improve the newsletter are welcome. Feel free to share it with anyone who may be  interested.

Enjoy reading and enjoy this sunny, cloudy or rainy May.

International Schools Grounds Month
- Activity Guide -

One of our members has contributed a great activity to this marvellous Activity Guide published by The International School Grounds Alliance.  Take a look: International Schools Grounds Month

It’s called Web of Life on page 38.  Also, I am looking forward to playing Steal the Flag, presented on page 16, at the next NOM!

We hope that in the 2017 edition, another country will send a successful activity for publication. Also maybe some countries are interested in attending the ISGA Conference being held in Lund, Sweden, from 12-14 September 2016.
