In view of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (3rd December), we are happy to have acclaimed writer Jerry Pinto read and talk about his new picture book, Anya and Her Baby Brother! This is a free event for parents, educators and children above 6 years of age with limited seats so sign up right away!

Since 1999, we have been publishing books to help begin conversations around disabilities. We hope everyone takes a step forward to help children take a step back and look around at the many, many that this world offers. For one day only, all our inclusive books will be at a cool price. Gift a library

Once in a while, we receive wonderful news that our books have reached a remote area – to children who otherwise wouldn't have access to quality literature. Gautam Patel of Sajeevta Foundation shared this photo featuring our wordless picture book, Ammama's Sari by Niveditha Subramaniam, along with this caption:

"Thank you to @tulikabooks for producing these wordless books, they are perfect for the young infants and toddlers that are loving to hear these stories from their parents, as the Anganwadi centres stay shut in the pandemic... The Sajeevta Foundation is helping families who live without electricity, water and internet connection, to run home learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. We're currently supporting 50 children, and it makes a bright start to the day!"
