This time every year we all strive to celebrate the holidays with friends and family. With celebration comes food, drinking and being way more merry than we anticipate and right after December 31st, we dread every last good time we had in the last 45 days.
So what do we do? We decide that we will make a list of resolutions for the new year! We make all sorts of declarations, proclamations and promises. We start new diets, new regiments, attempt to cut off old habits, create new habits and sometimes we would go as far as disconnecting from people as if they are the root to our problem. Then when we don't stick to our word, we spend the rest of the year to attempt to stick to our word. UNTIL we find a new fixation that distracts us until December 31st. Definitely an insane circle right?

Affirming your power is easier than you believe. If you have a challenge, sometimes it preoccupy your thoughts until the challenge is solved or until you give up. What if I told you that your mind and body believes everything you tell it?
Ask for help. Do you know that the biggest fear that many people have is asking for assistance? People will go without because they feel that they are a burden, therefore they'll take on a challenge, beat themselves up or even take on being a martyr because they have to keep being strong. There is nothing wrong with requesting someone to lighten your burden.
