We're looking to raise 1,000+ prayer partners who will commit to praying for us regularly.  Will you join us ...and be an answer to our prayers?

Prayer Partnership

As a new Anglican church in Salem, MA, we are asking God for 1,000+ people to pray for us.
Here's how you can be praying:

Give thanks for the many other churches who are praying for us and partnering with us!

It was wonderful to celebrate Easter morning, at Salem Willows as the sun was rising! Matt Kaminski from The Meetinghouse Church, Rev. Arthur Savage from the Wesley United Methodist Church, Pastor Renee Keels of First Baptist Church, and Rev. Nate Baxter from Crossroads jointly celebrated, along with members of the Salvation Army (not pictured).

Thank God for Bishop Bill and the Diocesan support offered to us, and for Fr. Malcolm Reid and the support of Christ the Redeemer in Danvers, Ma.

We have felt supported and cared for as we begin this significant transition process. Please thank God for these friends on our behalf and pray for wisdom as transitional plans are discussed and considered.

Alleluia! Christ is Risen!
He is Risen Indeed! Alleluia!

Warmest greetings to you from chilly, springy Salem.

We have had a tumultuous few weeks as we have begun to process the changes in our leadership team (click here to read about those changes). We also celebrated our second Easter together! What a busy and joyous time it was to collaborate with four other churches in Salem for a sunrise service followed by breakfast (see here for photos). As one of our friends on Facebook posted: When churches in Salem gather to celebrate, the powers of darkness cannot stand!

We also had a visit from our own Bishop Bill Murdoch; he and Fr. Malclm Reid (a friend and supporter from Christ the Redeemer) came to celebrate Palm Sunday and to encourage us during this upcoming time of transition. I am incredibly grateful for the support of Bishop Bill and the diocese, as well as for the support from the clergy and the parishioners at CtR.  It is very clear that God is at work, and that we are well loved and supported.

We'll keep you updated as transition plans are made and firmed up. In the meantime, please continue to pray for us, as we walk these last few weeks with Nate+.

In Christ,
Jennifer
