An election will be held at the May 27, 2015 Board of Directors’ Meeting for the following positions:
  • President: Incumbent Greg Franklin, Yucaipa
  • Auditor/Controller: Incumbent Carolyn Steffan, Tehama
  • Members-at-Large: Incumbents Catrina Olson, Nevada City; Cleve Morris, Placerville; and Steve Rogers, Yountville.
The Executive Committee meets quarterly; however, additional meetings may be necessary if there is an urgent need. The Executive Committee is responsible for developing new concepts, implementing Board decisions, and is an integral part of pool governance.

Please consider whether you and your entity desire to serve PARSAC in this important capacity. Elected individuals serve a two year term, July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2017. Letters of Interest** should be submitted on entity letterhead, via electronic or U.S. mail, to PARSAC no later than: Monday, May 11th.
**All individuals, including incumbents, must submit a letter to be included on the election ballot. 

Eligibility: Directors who have served on the Board for at least 12 months, as either Director or Alternate, are eligible to serve as a member-at-large. Alternates may submit a letter if a resolution to appoint them as Director will be completed prior to the Election. Executive Committee members are eligible to serve as an Officer (refer to the Bylaws, Articles V and VI).

Time is Running Out! 
The deadline to ensure reimbursement for projects under the Safety & Loss Control Grant program is May 1st. Per the policy, unused grant funds are forfeited as they become the starting point of funding the Program in the next fiscal year.
