Our 11-member class of students at the Wesley Missionary Institute are six months into their program. They have completed these courses:
Learning a Language
Hermeneutics (how to study the Bible)
Sanctification
Old Testament Survey
Homiletics (how to prepare and deliver a sermon)
Evangelism
Spiritual Exercises
Salvation, and
Spiritual Mapping.
Now it is time for the first of their internships! They headed out at the beginning of this week to the towns of Notsè, Ziowonou, and Klope. They will be involved in door-to-door evangelism, teaching, preaching and counseling. We are eager to hear their reports when they come back.
We invite you to be lifting them up in prayer from now through August 8. Pray the Lord will use them in ministry as well as give them good, practical learning experiences.
