BELLINGEN CAMP CREATIVE

What a beautiful town and an intense week of circus coaching! Last week in Bellingen was an exceptional experience for Leonie, Corie, Mel, Lilyana and Nathaniel, who coached 67 children enrolled in circus at Camp Creative. The week ended with a 40 minute showcase of some very talented kids aged 6-12yrs performing acrobatics, slapstick, aerials, manipulations and mini-tramp.
A huge thank you to all the coaches and to Camp Creative who invite us to be a part of such and incredible community each year.

APAC (Australian Partner Acrobatics Convention)

Set deep in the bush above the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, APAC offered four days of acrobatics, handstands, teeterboard, yoga and flying trapeze. Sixteen Spaghettis from past and present performance troupes, coaches and hangers-on braved the heat to learn new and develop existing skills. Trainers were world class and helped to wake up our muscles after the summer break. A Pro-Show in the Spiegeltent in Barwon Heads finished off the great experience.
Many thanks to Bubaloo, Ric and Petrina.

SYDNEY FESTIVAL

Alice arrived back from the the annual Australian Youth Circus Symposium last weekend and Leonie is currently at Sydney Festival seeing the circus and art on offer. Leonie says that she was incredibly inspired by a performance by Betty Grumble on Monday Night.
