Thanks to Splendour In The Grass and Global Village, the Spaghetti Circus Performance Troupe debuted their new show Bail from Hey, under the iconic Spaghetti Big Top. The show which drew in an incredible crowd every night is about the student climate change protests and growing up in a small country town.

Bail from Hey is directed by DJ Garner with support from Petrina, Lachie and Alex. A big thank you also to Leonie and Alice who facilitated the troupe’s rehearsals, travel and supervision.

You too can see Bail from Hey in the back shed, premiering with the whole troupe:
Friday 25th, Saturday 26th Oct
Friday 1st, Saturday 2nd Nov

Term 4 is your last chance to use an Active Kids Voucher or Creative Kids voucher at Spaghetti Circus for 2019. If you wish to use your vouchers at Spaghetti Circus make sure to apply for your voucher at Service NSW before enrolling.
Did you know that in July 2019 a second $100 Active Kids voucher became available from the NSW government.
The intention of the second voucher is to encourage eligible children to keep active year-round. It also provides the option for them to try a different sport or activity.
Please visit our Active Kids and Creative Kids page for a guide to redeeming your vouchers at Spaghetti Circus.
Spaghetti Circus works hard to provide our families with the Active Kids and Creative Kids rebate.

In term 4 please enter your voucher details into the Trybooking form and then enter the promotional code ActiveSpag19 for Active Kids voucher or CreativeKids19 for Creative Kids voucher on the Shopping Cart page when booking online

The Shearwater Spring fair was on Saturday and Spaghetti Circus made an appearance once again this year. We're proud to provide roving stilt walkers for this grand community event. Gilbert, Oscar, Escher, Nishiah and Giacomo of the Super Mighty Boys were excited to be taking part this year and have spent the last few weeks practicing just in case an opportunity like this would come by.

This October 3-5 the Mighty 2 Girls led by Leonie, will be performing at Kids Take Over Home Of The Arts on the Gold Coast as well as facilitating circus antics workshops
Join us for Circus Antics at HOTA

Spaghetti Circus' Performance Troupe, Super Mighty Boys and Duo artists Rosa and Moira will be performing in Brisbane for the 4th annual Australian Circus Festival.

The festival will be hosted this year by Hudson's Circus- where Spaghetti coaches Corie, Lee and Lani lived and worked while performing under the same red and yellow circus big top.

Spaghetti Circus helped entertain the crowd at the recent Festival of the Imagination at Ocean Shores Public School. The Mighty One girls presented a series of routines which showcased their skills; after opening with an aerobic dance warm-up, they skipped in the long rope, hula hooped and tumbled. With two of their group away sick, the six remaining girls stepped up to adapt their performance to fill in the gaps. Congratulations to Avalon, Jaia, Hannah, Kailani, Zoe and Maya.

FAREWELL to ABBY BLISS - Front Desk Extraordinaire

After nine years at the helm of the Spaghetti Circus Ship - Abby has accepted a new position and will be leaving Spaghetti Circus at the end of this term. Abby has been an integral part of the team working with the students, coaches and families. Holding a Spaghetti Circus encyclopedia of knowledge with detailed bus routes, family situations and other advice for new and old parents alike, coordinating the cafe, fundraising and cooking so many delicious meals, Abby's influence and care will be long-lasting . We wish Abby well in the next chapter.

Please make sure to see Abby before the end of the term for any help re-enrolling for session 4.

Spaghetti will be reevaluating the requirements of the role before advertising in the coming weeks.

Our friends at Circus Arts recently hosting the 2019 Byron Bay Tramp Games. The event was a great opportunity for Spaghettis to meet other local and international acrobats and to compete for some awesome prizes.

Phoenix from performance Troupe class and Sage from the Mighty Boys class competed on the day and Oscar of the Super Mighties joined in the Byron Tramp Games master class workshops. The boys are excited to show what they've learned and to continue practicing their tramp skills at home and at Spaghetti.

Congrats to former founding performance troupe member CASSIE PRIESTLEY who is currently touring Europe by sea and performing in this guest circus show on CMV cruises!

Leonie, Corie and Jade have been very busy this term with so so many bookings through the Sporting Schools portal. This term Leonie has been to Coraki, Main Arm, Bangalow and Dungay while Corie has been travelling to Kingscliff and Shearwater Highschool and Jade is taking very special classes with 14 Ocean Shores Support Students as well as workshops with Shearwater Primary School students.
Spaghetti Circus is proud to welcome requests from schools for our very special programme.
Our search is already underway for the perfect vehicle to support our coaches who travel each day with a complete set of circus equipment.

This year's staff, coaches' and junior coaches' adventure day was at iFly- indoor skydiving on the Gold Coast. It was a lot of fun flying and pulling faces uncontrollably in the wind tunnel. Above are some of the more flattering photos taken of our super hero Spaghetti Circus staff and coaches.
