April 2020 Update

Good News Spaghettis! Covid-19 restrictions are starting to ease and Spaghetti Circus is discussing what our reopening looks like.

Our coaches are loving seeing your smiling faces online. Unfortunately, we won't be able to open the doors and make our usual schedule available for a while yet. But when we do return, we will be delivering a staggered approach to circus classes. This means smaller class sizes and a limited number of students in the space at any one time.

As we get closer to this time, we will have more information for you and will be a better position to answer your questions and concerns. Meanwhile we are planning our new cleaning and hygiene protocols to keep everyone safe on return.

Free Online Classes

We have put into place a couple of systems for our Spaghetti families to access circus classes and content online:

There is our Google Classroom. You should have received an email about how you can access this resource; once you're in, simply click on the 'classwork' tab at the top to access all the great activities. If you can't find your emailed invitation, please contact Obi at info@spaghetticircus.com to request access.

There are regular Zoom sessions.  Again, you should have received an email with the appropriate Zoom link to access the weekly classes. If you did not, please contact Obi. The online class timetable is on the website.

The timetable for the sessions is:
4pm: All 5-6s, 6-7s & 6-9s, Tortellinis - Rosa
5pm: All 8-11s girls & 12+ - Rosa

10am: All Noodles, Macaronis & Lingunins - Simone

Congratulations Alice!

Our General Manager Alice Cadwell was awarded the Mullumbimby Chamber of Commerce Staff Giraffe award this month.

The award recognises employees of local businesses that stick their neck out and provides excellent customer service. Chamber president Jenelle Stanford said, "Alice goes way beyond commendation for her service in Spaghetti Circus, but also in our community."

We're very proud of the work Alice has done for Spaghetti over the many years. Well done.

Equipment Shop & Borrow

Each Friday from 10am to 11am, the Spaghetti Circus front desk will be open for you to purchase or borrow equipment to help distract from the Covid blues. Choose from juggling balls, juggling scarves, spinning disks, diabolos and much more.

Please note, a $20 deposit is required to borrow equipment and any equipment lost or damaged will need to be paid for.

More Great News...

The grant represents $75,000 worth of in-kind support. The results of our collaboration will be rolled out in 2021.
