MEMBER ONLY EVENT
Attend this intimate networking opportunity, hosted by your Membership Committee. Builders are invited to attend and bring materials that will assist Associates in bidding on projects in the future. Associates are invited to attend to network with Builders and create new working relationships. This is a casual event held at the HBAF office. Light refreshments will be served. Dirtbag Ales is providing beer and will be on site to discuss their beers.

Did you know you can receive rebates from your local utility company for the homes you are building? They are difficult to claim, always changing, and very time consuming. NOT ANYMORE! We have partnered with GreenOhm, a company that specializes in collecting utility rebates for builders, and we've negotiated a great program for our members. Invitations to Bid for Fayetteville Area Habitat for Humanity

Fayetteville Area Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization created to provide affordable housing for low-income, working families.

Habitat seeks bids from qualified bidders to provide construction services for current projects.

Habitat is seeking the best value offer that is the most responsive to our Invitations to Bid and most advantageous to Habitat, considering relevant factors such as price, quality, timeliness, previous experience and course of prior dealings, and overall Contractor/Vendor value to the Habitat mission and ministry.

Please prepare bids based on FAHFH specifications and submit by the due date.

Dues Payments & Lobbying Expense 2014 Disclosure
Dues payments to Home Builders Association of Fayetteville are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, dues payments may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses, subject to an exclusion for lobbying activity. Because a portion of your dues is used for lobbying by NAHB, NCHBA and Home Builders Association of Fayetteville, 8% of the total dues for Builder & Associate Members is NOT deductible for income tax purposes. For Affiliate Members, 1.8% of the total dues is NOT deductible for income tax purposes. Membership Dues are non-refundable.
