Member Rebate Program: November 21 Deadline

   Claim forms for projects completed in 3rd Quarter 2014 (July-September) are due November 21. Builders and remodelers should visit www.hbarebates.com to download the claim forms. If you did not apply for the 2nd Quarter 2014, you may also file a claim for that period as well.

Utility Rebates Now Available!
Did you know you can receive rebates from your local utility company for the homes you are building? They are difficult to claim, always changing, and very time consuming. NOT ANYMORE! We have partnered with GreenOhm, a company that specializes in collecting utility rebates for builders, and we've negotiated a great program for our members. The utility rebates can amount to thousands of dollars per address and they do all the work!

   NAHB members who register for the 2015 NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) by December 5 can register for an IBS full registration for just $350! Dues Payments & Lobbying Expense 2014 Disclosure
Dues payments to Home Builders Association of Fayetteville are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, dues payments may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses, subject to an exclusion for lobbying activity. Because a portion of your dues is used for lobbying by NAHB, NCHBA and Home Builders Association of Fayetteville, 8% of the total dues for Builder & Associate Members is NOT deductible for income tax purposes. For Affiliate Members, 1.8% of the total dues is NOT deductible for income tax purposes. Membership Dues are non-refundable.
