Act Like You Know
The Right to Know Act, a proposed legislative package championed by BMC that aims to protect the civil and human rights of New Yorkers, is being threatened by the Council Speaker through a backroom deal with the NYPD. The New York Times called upon the Council to pass the RTKA in a strong editorial that described the Speaker's argument for her deal as "unpersuasive."

Learn how you can stand in support of the Right to Know Act and join the resistance against abusive policing by emailing us at PAW@brooklynmovementcenter.org.
