Your support can help many!

Our Center is for Our Community,
and everyone should have a safe space to live authentically!

Giving Tuesday is finally here! Today, you can make a difference by donating to Our Center. As 2020 comes to an end, we're looking to emerge ready from this difficult time.

This year, we’ve had to shut our doors multiple times due to the current environment, which has challenged us to find different ways to connect. Although the center has been closed, we still have overhead to maintain, and we are ramping up our virtual support and programming efforts. In July, we had no choice but to cancel our annual PRIDE event which was not only difficult for the community, it was also difficult from a revenue standpoint. The work we do and the support we offer the community is directly related to the financial support we are able to receive.
This is why we ask that you consider supporting us next week on December 1st for Giving Tuesday. Our goal is to raise $5,000 to assist with operating costs, programming, and planning for 2021. As a small non-profit, we rely on the support of our local community and we know we can count on you to help. We are so grateful to each of our supporters and look forward to a time when we can safely open our doors again and invite everyone back to experience all that Our Center has to offer.

Wishing you a healthy, safe holiday season.

Help us continue our efforts to serve our community:

  • The Space: Continue to sustain a safe, inviting space for programs, services, and community use. Ongoing fundraising is crucial to cover operating costs.
  • The Programs: Develop and expand programming, with continued focus on youth and further development for seniors and other groups.
  • The Involvement: Increase awareness, investment, and participation in the community and organization.

These outcomes are not possible without your donations!

What has Our Center done?

  • Our Youth program, which includes both the youth social group HOMIES (Hands On Movement Including Everyone) and the Point-In-Time Homeless Youth Count, continues to grow and expand as we approach the third year of this event.
