“The Greatest Showman”
The South West Area (Theatre) are so delighted to have secured Steven Luke Walker and Elissa Clare Hicken to come along and lecture for us on 28th April 2019.
One of the reason’s that we are so excited is because Steven Walker actually worked on the film “yes” – how exciting is that!!!
“The Greatest Showman” has made such an impact – don’t we just love it! Adults, and kids alike we all have the same mantra: “The Greatest Showman” fantastic!

Because we know that you will all want to attend this meeting, this article gives you an insight into the workshop that we have planned for the day so that you can be sure to put in your diary and come along.
Steven Luke Walker, trained as a dancer and vocal coach, and works in the West End, on Broadway, and for the Silver Screen. The skills that he and Elissa Clare Hicken will be focussing on will be; Vocal technique (singing whilst dancing/a dancers breathing), choreographic styles and performance through integration of all skills.
Steven and Elissa will be giving us an insight of what is required for dancers and singers to arrive as “polished” performers like the artists we all saw on the silver screen of “The Greatest Showman” film.

For any further information on the articles above please contact Jo.
