ILC Hosting Opportunity - Problem Solving Workshop
The ILC is looking for a company to host a 2-day Problem Solving Workshop May 5-6 or May 6-7, 2015.

Tracey and Ernie Richardson will  teach and coach the TBP 8-Step Problem Solv
ing process in this hands-on workshop. Twenty-five to thirty participants will work through the step-by-step process in teams on problems supplied by the host company. Roughly 75% of the participants will come from outside the host company. The host company will benefit by having:
  • Their designated problems analyzed by fresh eyes from a diverse set of backgrounds.
  • Developed the skills of an internal team of resources in the understanding and use of TBP 8-Step Problem Solving Process, a foundational skill to developing a Lean culture.
Please contact Tracy Schuster at if you are interested in taking advantage of this great opportunity.

However, the three core modules (JR, JI, and JM) continue to be... read the full article
