Dear HOSA Leaders,
If you have students eligible to participate in HOSA's Virtual Leadership Conference, now is the time to register. Please register by May 15. Advisors may register members via the HOSA Conference Management System (CMS) (the same way you registered for the regionals and state leadership conferences). Student members have the option to register themselves individually due to these unique times. In this case, we ask that students confirm with their advisor and/or school that they are permitted to compete according to school policy. This videoexplains how the two registration processes work.
The National HOSA deadline is May 22nd but we ask our members to complete registration by May 15th so we can validate all registrations and make any changes before the national deadline. Please remind competitors that materials must be uploaded to Tallo and Wufoo by June 1st. Don't delay, start today!
Advisors, please update the 2020 ILC Bump spreadsheet. If you have not received access Google Doc, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request access. This spreadsheet lists the finalists from SLC in each competitive event. We ask advisors indicate whether or not finalists are planning to participate in the Virtual ILC. Please fill this out ASAP so others who are waiting can register.
Our thoughts are with you and we hope you are safe.
