In March, we successfully completed our first P7 STEM Inspiration Experience pilot project which saw 220 pupils from 9 primary schools within the Ross High cluster successfully complete an introduction to STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Maths).

The STEM Inspiration Experience is a new and exciting initiative which is the first phase of a transition project offered by  Edinburgh College.  Pupils experience STEM technology through a series of fun and practical workshops delivered by lecturers at Midlothian Campus along with a STEM activity work book for completion in school.  A STEM Inspiration Experience certificate will be awarded to each participating pupil.

The project involves attendance at College for one full day, arriving at 9.30 am and departing at 3pm. Pupils have the added benefit of meeting and working with other pupils in their High School Cluster.
To find out more about the STEM P7 Inspiration Experience for your cluster schools please  e-mail or call Deborah Robertson on 07977049205.
