 This is just a quick reminder that Musique pour le Coucher du Roi is this weekend. Join us for music from Louis XIV's Versailles, with works by Lully, Marais, Jacquet de la Guerre, Couperin, and more!
The programs will take place on Saturday at 7:30pm in Austin (click for tickets) or Sunday at 3:00pm in San Antonio (click for tickets), with an informal pre-concert talk beginning 30 minutes before each program.
We need some volunteers to help at the ticket table for both programs. If you're interested in trading free admission for helping out with ticket sales and program distribution, send us an email to let us know, or to ask any questions you may have.
We'd love to have you along for the ride as we perform beautiful music once accessible only to the most wealthy and the most powerful – you don't have to be Louis XIV to enjoy this music (but you can pretend you're him!).
