Wow! The summer completely flew by! It's way too hot outside, so we're staying inside putting the finishing touches on Concerto [molto] Grosso!, the first program of our ninth(!) concert season. We hope you'll be able to join us!
Performances will take place this weekend, on Saturday, August 24 at 7:30pm in Austin (Redeemer Presbyterian Church, click for map) and Sunday, August 25 at 4pm in San Antonio (St. Paul's Episcopal Church, click for map). For Austin tickets click here, for San Antonio tickets click here.
Think all concertos are the exact same? Think again! Some are for one soloist, like you'd expect, but others are for two, or three, or even more. And others still aren't for any soloists at all! We'll bring you music from all over Europe from between the 1690s and the 1770s, with music by Corelli, Vivaldi, Handel, J.C. Bach, and more!
Season tickets for the 2019-20 season are also available – click here for Austin, and here for San Antonio. If you plan to attend all concerts, this may be the best option for you as season tickets are cheaper than buying for each concert individually. They're also transferrable in the event you end up unable to make it to a concert.
We hope to see you this weekend as we ring in a new season with more concertos than you can shake a stick at. Best part – we have air conditioning!
