Summer Depot Tours!!
Our five Summer Depot Tours were a huge success with 120 Recycling Champions signing up to learn more about the recycling process and the many items accepted at the Maple Ridge Recycling Depot. We were able to show off everything that goes on, from collection to sorting to baling, and it was a great opportunity to answer people's recycling questions! Special thanks to Dan Mikolay, our Environmental Educator, for being a fantastic tour leader, and our Summer Students for organizing the tours. As for those of you who didn't make it - we hope to see you at our next public Summer Depot Tours in 2017!
Classes or Community Groups interested in booking a private Depot Tour can sign up on our website.
