There will be NO RECYCLING PICKUP on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 4 due to the Labour Day stat holiday. Regular pickup will continue on Monday, September 11

If you have lots of recycling before then, please bring it to the Depot! Open 7 days a week, including Labour Day!

The 7th Annual GETI Fest is coming to Maple Ridge's Memorial Peace Park, on Saturday, September 16, 2017, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. 

This year's theme is "Sustainable Community" and will highlight groups, organizations, and individuals that are involved in making our community a better place to live, work, and play. We will focus on the pillars of Sustainability; Healthy environment, Food security, Local economy, Social collaboration, and Health and wellbeing.

September 16 & 17, 2017
This is the weekend that WildSafeBC encourages people to safely enjoy wildlife in the wilds. It is our hope that by emphasizing the fact the wildlife should be in the wilds - and not in our urban areas, that people will help us meet our goal of "keeping wildlife wild and communities safe."

Summer Challenge:

Inspired by the Australian initiative, Plastic Free July, our summer students, Sara and Erica, challenged themselves to go single-use plastic-free for the entire month of July!

Our "Bags in Bags" summer campaign has made a big difference to our Sorters at the Depot!

Apartment Recycling Survey and PRIZE DRAW!
Congratulations to Dorothy and Annette, gift-card winners in our Apartment Customer Satisfaction Recycling survey draw! Thank you everyone who gave us great feedback on our apartment recycling program - you are helping us continue to deliver great services to residents!
