As a result of consultation with an employer group and DTAG, FutureQuals have made some changes to the following Assessment Principles appendices:

Annual Qualification Review

New Icons in QMIS (Registration Process)

There are two new icons that have been included within the registration process in QMIS...
Designation in Wales

FutureQuals are pleased to confirm that both the Level 4 Diploma for Associate Ambulance Practitioners (L4DAAP) and the Level 3 Certificate in Emergency Response Ambulance Driving (L3CERAD) are now fully designated for funding in Wales. Read the full article
Updates on Changes to Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (L3AFAW) and Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (L3AEFAW)

After the successful launch of the new Evidence Logs for use in our L3AEFAW and L3AFAW qualifications, we have been gathering feedback from centres and have made some minor changes to the Evidence Log. Read more...
Changes to Speaking, Listening and Communication in Functional Skills Qualifications in English at Levels 1 and 2

FutureQuals have listened to centre feedback and, as a result, we are pleased to announce that we have made some changes to simplify the process centres complete in the XAMS platform for the Speaking, Listening and Communication component in English. Read the article here

We are continuing the process of migrating users from Huddle to SharePoint.

This has been ongoing for the past few months, and was implemented to coincide with the relaunch of our First Aid qualifications. This migration will continue throughout February and March.

Changes to the delivery of our Paediatric First Aid qualifications
 
Following extensive consultation across the First Aid Forum, that FutureQuals play a key role in, along with several other leading First Aid awarding organisations and some representatives from the regulators, the Learning Outcomes and Assessment Criterion for Paediatric First Aid are changing.
