February 2017 - Preparing for Lent
View this email in your browser
Dear Friends of Catholic Charities of Central Florida,

As we prepare to enter the holy season of Lent which begins on March 1, Ash Wednesday, we remember our call to prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. To help us answer this call and enter into this time of reflection more fully, we prepared the 2017 40 Ways to Mercy calendar.
The calendar includes a gratitude prayer and daily inspiration through scripture, service opportunities and more. From volunteering at a food pantry to offering a prayer for someone in need, each day will help you share God’s love with others.
We invite you to share this calendar with your friends and family and share your witness to mercy with us on social media with #MercyCFL. Also, we hope you enjoy reading about the ways we are transforming lives in Central Florida with your support!

God bless you today and always,

Gary Tester

Now the organization is introducing “Mobile Services for Seniors” to serve more seniors through satellite locations. Read more...

We're Launching Behavioral Health Services

The program will launch first in Brevard County and a timetable for expansion into other counties will be announced later. Read more...
