eThekwini Water & Sanitation, a part of Durban Municipality in South Africa, has been named the 2014 winner of the Stockholm Industry Water Award, for its transformative and inclusive approach to providing water and sanitation services. 

Kimberley tackles ECSA registration and mentorship challenges


Kimberley is the latest region to have been visited by the SAICE delegation as part of the presidential expedition.
 
Between 26 and 27 May, SAICE President Stanford Mkhacane and CEO Manglin Pillay visited six vested stakeholders who represented the spectrum of local private and public sectors in the region.
 

Department of Public Works - Built Environment (BEP) Policy - call for comment by SAICE Members
 

Dear SAICE Member, The Minister of Public Works has invited the public to comment on the Draft Built Environment (BEP) Policy. The invitation by the Department of Public Works calls for comments by 27 June 2014. SAICE members wishing to submit comments in connection on the Draft Built Environment (BEP) Policy are requested to do so via the SAICE Blog.
