Currently on view at California State University-Dominguez Hills is the the traveling exhibition Heated Exchange. This exhibition includes encaustic works on panel, paper, and three-dimensional sculptures. This selected group of artists from across the US are recognized for their contributions to the medium of hot-wax painting and the exhibit is accompanied by a color catalogue developed by exhibit organizer and fellow artist Reni Gower, Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University. I am pleased to be included in the national competition Paper in Particular, sponsored by Columbia College, Columbia, Missouri. Now in its 38th year, Paper In Particular is a annual juried exhibition held by the Sidney Larson Gallery. The exhibition showcases the very best in art that incorporates paper as a primary element.
