Checklists for diagnosis and follow-up visits
What should the physician and dietitian cover during the visit when you've just been diagnosed with celiac disease and during a follow-up visit? The Celiac Disease Foundation (CDF) published an excellent series of checklists to bring to your doctor and dietitian. Your providers can't be experts in everything, and these were created by CDF's Medical Advisory Board to assist.
