It is a joy to welcome back parishioners away for so long and to return to a sense of normalcy: one Eucharist on Sundays at 10:00 am in the church and online. Capacity is limited to 60%, masking is encouraged (required for congregational singing), and we continue our efforts in physical distancing; but many things that are familiar return in our worship.

We will distribute Communion wine in individual chalices, so please continue bringing a chalice or cup with you.

Recent power outages have interfered with our livestream-- both audio and video. We continue to prioritize the availability of online worship.

Deaconate Sunday-- June 13th.

On Sunday, June 13, Good Shepherd welcomes Deacon Judson Fredie to preach and assist in worship. After retiring as a Senior Executive at Staples, he embarked on a new journey of ministry with the homeless and marginalized. Deacon Fredie was ordained in 2012 by the Rt. Rev'd Tom Shaw. (Pictured above at his ordination, he is to the right of Bishop Shaw.) Deacon Fredie is married, the proud father of two daughters and five grandchildren. Presently he serves as the deacon at All Saints, Ashmont.

The real presence of Christ in the Eucharist: a three-week study led by Fr. Michael Bousquet

Come celebrate the end of a memorable pandemic year with a festive luncheon on the Good Shepherd Green following the service on Sunday, June 20.

This Sunday's service will also celebrate children, families, parents, and (because it's Father's Day) our fathers!

Those interested in reading in the service or assisting with the luncheon should email Fr. Michael at Thank you!

Congratulations to our graduating seniors! This Sunday, we will recognize our graduates, offer a gift to each of them, and they will take part leading in our worship.

For those not yet ready to return to in-person worship, we continue to broadcast all services held in the church live on Good Shepherd's YouTube channel.

And until the day that we can all gather again, Good Shepherd is leaving on the light for you.
