Joe Cross' 5 Day Juice Challenge

FRIDAY

These three words will bring a huge smile to your face: ONE. MORE. DAY. You’re going to wake up tomorrow feeling ready to tackle the world and thinking that juicing is pretty awesome. You may even want to continue juicing after these 5 days! We have a variety of Reboot plans on our site ranging from 3 – 60 days. Check them out! Even if you don’t continue Rebooting, we do suggest including at least one fresh juice as a daily nutrient-dense addition to your life. Adding in fresh juice once a day to a meal, or even in place of a meal for some individuals, is a healthy strategy to promote wellness and weight management.

Reboot Nutritionist Tips

Here’s what our Reboot Nutritionists want to share with you to keep in mind when you wake up tomorrow:

  • Enjoy feeling energized, confident in your ability to bypass those workplace pastries, and the pleasure in knowing you’re fueling your body with nutrients and experimenting with new flavors and foods.
  • Make sure to complete the 5-Day Challenge. Don’t skimp out on any juices tomorrow so you continue to fuel your body with nutrients. You may want to just eat your dinner tomorrow night but hey, what’s one more night? You can do it!
  • Take note of which juices you like the most because those are the ones that should become a part of your daily regimen. You are well on your way to a plant-based lifestyle and healthy eating for the long-haul. This is the end of an amazing commitment and journey but the beginning of experiencing the incredible potential for a healthier, happier life.

  • You’ve taken the first 5 steps towards getting your health and weight management on track, with 5 days of delicious, plant-based nutrition. You’ve drastically cut intensity of sugar cravings, lessened the need for excess caffeine in your life and discovered that you truly can combat the late-night munchies. We’re so proud of you!

DAY 5 JUICE PLAN

(click on the link for full recipes).
NOTE: 1 serving = 16 – 20 oz.

The Calcium-Rich Cucumber and Micronutrient Madness recipes both make 32 – 40 ounces; that’s 2 servings (16 – 20 ounces = 1 serving). So make the entire recipe and then store half of it in a mason jar with a tightly fitting lid, and placed in the fridge to enjoy later in the day.
Here are the best tips for storing your juice.
