Reboot Nutritionist Tips
Here are a few pointers from our Reboot Nutritionists to keep in mind when you wake up on Day 2:
- Day 2 is traditionally the most challenging. You will likely wake up feeling tired and may have a bit of a headache. Don’t fret and continue to drink all of the recommended juice!
- Stick to your juicing schedule and be sure to stay well-hydrated. Your electrolyte-rich coconut water and/or broth can help to recharge your day.
- Plan to take it easy and don’t overschedule (not always possible, we know!). This is the perfect time to give your body some relaxation and quality rest. You deserve to unwind so fill your time with a cup of warm tea and a good book, a walk around the neighborhood, or call a friend.
