Reboot Nutritionist Tips

Here’s what our Reboot Nutritionists want to share with you to keep in mind when you wake up tomorrow:

  • If you’ve felt a little foggy in the brain, the sun will start to shine tomorrow and your energy may start to improve. Day 3 is typically when you start to feel a glimpse of what we’ve been talking about – the blissful state you achieve after consuming nothing but juice.
  • Your body may be going through the transition period where you’re leaving the processed-food cravings behind and the desire for plant-based nutrients are stepping in. Be sure to stick to your schedule for juices, hydration and electrolytes.
  • If you’re having trouble moving your bowels, drink more water. It’s common to not use the toilet as often because your body is consuming only liquids. Our Rebooting FAQs can answer more questions about your bathroom concerns.

DAY 3 JUICE PLAN

Here’s what’s on the menu for Day 3
(click on the link for full recipes).
NOTE: 1 serving = 16 – 20 oz.
The Pear Power and Carrot Apple Ginger recipes both make 32 – 40 ounces; that’s 2 servings (16 – 20 ounces = 1 serving). So make the entire recipe and then store half of it in a mason jar, filled to the top with a tightly fitting lid, and placed in the fridge to enjoy later in the day.
Here are the best tips for storing your juice.

WAKE UP:
8 oz. warm water with juice of 1 lemon
