2020 AANR-NW General Assembly Meeting July 19th, 9 AM, Online
This is an update to the article that was sent out in last week's nude news. The meeting date and time were listed in the calendar but not in the article, causing some confusion.
This year's AANR-NW General Assembly meeting, which is always part of the regional convention, has been moved on-line, and other convention activities are cancelled. You're still welcome to visit Sun Meadow and connect to the meeting from there. All AANR members from the northwest are welcome to connect. Those designated as delegates from their club may vote. AANR members from the northwest who joined directly from the AANR website will also select a voting delegate to represent them. The meeting starts at 9 AM Pacific Time on July 19th and the agenda, in outline, consists of roll call, officer and committee reports, election of officers and nominations chair for 2020-2022, selection of 2022 convention location, voting on some minor bylaw changes, presentation of awards, any other required business, announcements and adjournment. Following a short break, there will be a rap session to discuss issues important for the region. Then to end, each person is encouraged to have a beverage and snack and enjoy our Meet and Greet.
