2020 2021 Reflections Theme
I Matter Because...
The Reflections Program is a National PTA and Washington State PTA cultural arts competition. The purpose of this program is to provide an opportunity for students to use their creative talents by expressing themselves through their own original works to reflect this year's theme, "I Matter Because...".
A student may submit an entry in any of six arts areas. Only original works of art are accepted. The six art areas are: Visual Arts Photography, Literature, Music Composition, Dance Choreography, and Film Production.
Why PTA Reflections?
Rules & Tips
- Each PTA will be able to submit 20 total pieces to Northshore Council + up to 6 Special Artist pieces
- All submission will be turned into Council PTA on Dec.1st and 2nd, 2020 (AFTER THANKSGIVING)
- Council WILL NOT accept non-compliant pieces. Very important this year! Please read the rules carefully for each category.
- TIP: make sure you are setting a date to collect Reflections entries at your local PTA so you have enough time to judge before the pieces have to be turned into Council on Dec.1st and 2nd, 2020.
