January Membership Awards
As of January 1, 2019, the following Northshore PTAs/PTSAs have earned 2018-19 WSPTA Membership Awards:

Congratulations to our award-winning Northshore PTAs!

Northshore Council PTAs/PTSAs have 7,546 members so far this year. We need your help to meet our Council goal of 8,600! There is still time to make that happen and to earn an award for your PTA as well! Think about what you can do to promote membership this winter and remind your community about the value and importance of joining PTA! Questions? Need ideas? Contact our Council Membership Chiars, Sherry Rudolph and Mary Khouzam.

PTA Praise
A big shout out goes to Canyon Park MS PTSA for their work in helping to bring back Middle School Gym Nights! In partnership with local restaurant owner Pete Anthony (Uncle Peteza), this free program is designed just for NSD middle school students and it allows them to drop-in to shoot some hoops or play other fun games, hang with friends, and enjoy a slice of pizza every Monday night. The program started up last week to great success. The program creates an awesome way to bring kids together in a safe and positive environment and build community! Great job CPMS! Learn more...
Council Kudos!
  • THANK YOU to local PTA leaders Jen Moreau-Cook (Woodin PTA) and Denise Needs (Hollywood Hill PTA) for sharing their experiences and ideas at our January 7th meeting. It is so wonderful to be able to learn from each other!
