The Berry Fitness team have been extra busy behind the scenes this month getting everything ready to present you with the
BIGGEST and the BEST 2 Level 24|7 Fitness Facility in the Bayside Area

With only a week to go until our ground floor studio is opened to ALL 24|7 members we are seeing the final touches coming together nicely.
Our security system is currently getting updated to ensure the safety of all our members on both floors at all times. So just another friendly reminder to scan your access pass with EVERY entry as our new system will automatically detect any double entries. 
NOTE- If you follow another member through the door please ensure you still SCAN even though the door is open to avoid our trespassers fee. 

Please be aware that over the coming week our team will be hard at work ensuring everything is ready to go for Wednesday the 2nd. You may have seen some of our changes happening already! We will try to limit disruption to your training as much as possible as we move things around, but if you see the team with their hands full, please grab the door for us :-) 

To assist the Berry Fitness team with a smooth transition we will be sending out some final IMPORTANT information on Monday the 31st, please make sure you come and see one of our team should you have any questions about this exciting time.

Then this chunky banana and peanut butter NICE-cream is just what to you need to help assist with muscle recovery and repair.
Made using ONLY real whole foods this post workout snack is PACKED full of nutrition, tastes absolutely delicious and takes less than 5 minutes to make.

1/2 frozen banana 
1 tablespoon of Mayvers natural dark roasted peanut butter 
1 tablespoon of unsweetened coconut milk 
1/4 cup LSA (Linseed, sunflower and almond meal)

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor, pulse for 30 seconds until ingredients are well combined and serve.
