Civic Health Compact Update

With generous funding from the RxFoundation, CHA has convened a group of experts at the intersection of health care and civic engagement to co-develop a Civic Health Compact - a parsimonious set of promising practices that health care delivery organizations can implement to more fully show up in our communities. We will aim to begin testing the Compact with health care delivery organizations in the coming months.
